Terms & Conditions

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.
  • If any item is incorrect, we must be notified within 5 business days for an exchange.

Custom Items:

  • All custom items are final sale.
  • No returns are accepted for custom items.

2. Shipping:
 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for damages during transit, as all items are inspected, packaged in-house, and sent with zero damages.
  • If an incorrect item has been sent, it may be returned within 30 days for exchange. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 Processing Time:

  • Processing time for custom items is 2-4 weeks.
  • Certain non-embellished items ship within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends).

 International Shipments:

  • We are not responsible for custom/import charges; customers are responsible for payment.
  • International delivery time varies due to customs clearance and/or restrictions and delays.

Cancellations on Custom Items:

  • No cancellations are accepted on custom items after 48 hours, as they have already begun production and customization.

Lost Packages or Insufficient Addresses:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.

3. Item Conditions:

Acceptance Criteria:

  • We do not accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way.
  • Customers are advised to avoid makeup, deodorant, creams, lotions, fluids, and other similar stains when trying on items.
  • Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.

 Final Sale:

  • Last chance and clearance items are final sale.
